At FadeBrick, every item is made-to-order just for you—printed, stitched, or framed when you click “buy.” Because of this personalized production model, we do not accept traditional returns. But if there’s ever an issue, we’ve got your back.
Exchanges (for Damaged or Incorrect Items)
We gladly provide free exchanges or replacements if your item arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design)
- Misprinted or defective
Please send a photo of the item and your order number within 7 days of delivery to [email protected].
We’ll quickly verify and ship a replacement—no need to return the original.
What Can’t Be Exchanged or Returned
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing chosen by customer (please double-check size guides!)
- Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
- Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

We want you to love your fit. If the size isn’t quite right, we can offer a discounted reprint of most apparel items.
