At FadeBrick, we’re passionate about creating meaningful merch that fans can wear, display, and treasure. Because everything is made-to-order, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind—but we always make it right if there’s a problem.
Exchanges & Replacements
We gladly offer replacements for the following issues:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective or misprinted items
- Wrong item or size sent
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the item
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue

We’ll send out a replacement free of charge as soon as your issue is verified.
Refund Policy
Because each product is custom-printed just for you, we do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size ordered (please double-check our size charts)
- Late shipments due to carrier delays or international customs
Sizing Issues
Need a different size? We can offer a discounted reprint on most apparel items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help you sort it out.
Return Shipping
As part of our eco-friendly, made-to-order model:
- We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective
- No need to send the damaged item back—just send us a clear photo so we can help
